Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone energized by building from the ground up-creating opportunities, engaging directly with clients, and driving results through consistent, disciplined execution.
The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys engaging with people, is confident initiating conversations, and understands that success in this role is driven by strong follow-through, persistence, and relationship building. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You will be expected to actively build and manage your pipeline through cold outreach, strategic networking, and in-person meetings, while maintaining a strong presence within your territory. This role is suited for someone who does not wait for opportunities-they proactively create them, develop them, and bring them to close.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development through proactive lead generation, cold outreach, and strategic networking
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per week within your designated territory to build relationships and advance opportunities
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools to track activity, forecast revenue, and manage opportunities
  • Identify client needs and position tailored Hybrid Security Solutions
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations aligned to client objectives and risk profiles
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive revenue growth and long-term client value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Own and strategically manage a designated sales territory with a disciplined and results-oriented approach
  • Leverage CRM platforms and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite to enhance productivity, reporting accuracy, and client engagement
  • Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions

Experience and Capabilities:
  • Proven success in business development, or B2B sales
  • Strong prospecting ability with confidence in cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and close new business
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High level of accountability, organization, and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive, performance-driven compensation structure designed to reward results and entrepreneurial drive:
  • Competitive Base Salary + Commission Structure
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 - $300,000+, based on individual performance and territory execution
  • Top earning potential, with top performers exceeding OTE through consistent new business generation and account growth
  • Monthly Auto Allowance to support in-territory client engagement
