WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

As a BDR Manager, you will lead a team of BDRs (Outbound Business Development Reps) that focus on generating meetings, opportunities, and pipeline in net-new and customer accounts for our US Enterprise market segment. You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, uncovering additional use cases within our current install base, generating pipeline, and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Hire, train, manage a team of Business Development Representatives
  • Develop and execute career development plans for growth within the Box Sales organization
  • Set and maintain a high-performing culture and morale through coaching and mentorship
  • Coach BDRs on complex, multi-threaded outbound efforts - including account research, messaging, and strategic pipeline generation
  • Strategize with Commercial AEs, sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline and prospecting initiatives to meet company objectives
  • Report on team performance and forecast to senior leadership
  • Improve team output and efficiency over time by optimizing systems and processes through AI automation
WHO YOU ARE
  • 1+ years of experience managing sales professionals
  • Preference for someone with a strong track record of quota attainment in both SDR/BDR and Account Executive roles
  • Proficiency in BDR Tech Stack: Outreach, Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, ZRA, Qualified, 6Sense
  • Collaborative and excels working with cross functional teams, like Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Marketing Operations
  • Provide detailed analysis, reporting and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and other data sources
  • Hire, mentor, guide, and support to develop the skills and careers of your BDRs
  • Experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Experience managing or selling in Enterprise SaaS
  • Passion for AI
