Job description

Job Summary
The Pharmacy 340B Analyst is responsible for the daily operational management and compliance oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role ensures that the health system fully captures eligible savings opportunities while maintaining strict adherence to all HRSA, manufacturer, state, and internal compliance requirements. The specialist will conduct audits, monitor transactions, manage crosswalks, and buying practices.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, compliance, finance, or 340B program management.
  • Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, HRSA guidance, and program compliance requirements (preferred).
  • Experience with 340B split-billing or contract pharmacy software (e.g., Macro Helix, Sentry/Verity, etc.) (preferred).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel; strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
