We’re seeking a forward‑thinking HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem—with a primary focus on UKG. This is a high‑impact role for someone who blends HR process expertise with deep systems knowledge and thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands‑on execution.The HRIS Manager leads the strategy, governance, and optimization of Envoy’s HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on UKG. This role oversees system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process automation while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders. Ideal candidates bring strong HR process knowledge, deep HRIS expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR technology roadmap and system governance.

  • Oversee administration of UKG and related platforms (Deel, Lattice, Greenhouse).

  • Manage configuration, security roles, workflows, integrations, and upgrades.

  • Ensure data accuracy and deliver dashboards, analytics, and reporting.

  • Support workforce planning, compensation cycles, and people analytics.

  • Mentor HRIS team members and lead change management efforts.

  • Drive process automation and cross‑functional workflow improvements.

  • Manage vendor relationships and major HR technology projects.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field

  • 5–7 years of UKG experience (administration + project leadership)

  • Experience managing or mentoring HRIS/HR operations staff

  • Strong HR process knowledge and reporting/analytics skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and data feeds

  • HR/HRIS certifications (SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, UKG Pro/Dimensions)

  • Experience supporting global or complex workforce environments
