Job description

Join us at Kellanova as a Maintenance Reliability Planner Supervisor at our Grand Rapids, MI facility, where you'll play a key role in keeping our highspeed production operations running at their best. In this onsite role, you'll work a dayshift schedule with flexibility while supporting the maintenance team that keeps our plant safe, efficient, and performing at peak reliability.

You'll be part of a hardworking and collaborative maintenance organization that supports 24hour operations. If you're energized by technical problemsolving, continuous improvement, and leading others, this role offers the opportunity to influence equipment reliability, strengthen maintenance processes, and contribute to plantwide performance.

You'll lead the breakdown elimination process, own maintenance planning cycles, partner across operations, and help shape longterm reliability strategies-giving you a platform to grow your leadership, deepen your technical expertise, and contribute to initiatives across the Grand Rapids facility.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintenance Planning and Execution - Lead daytoday and longrange maintenance planning for a 24hour operation, including weekly, monthly, and annual work plans that improve equipment reliability.
  • Performance and Predictive Maintenance - Manage the Breakdown Elimination (BDE) process, monitor equipment stops, and oversee predictive maintenance activities to elevate plant performance.
  • Safety Leadership - Promote and enforce safety standards within the maintenance team to ensure a safe and compliant operation.
  • Budget and System Management - Utilize the plant's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintain alignment with the maintenance budget.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Hands-on industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude on high-speed manufacturing equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar CMMS software
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with employees at all levels


Compensation

The annual salary range is $84,800 - $111,300, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
