Document Processing Associate
Onsite - Plano, TX
3rd Shift Hours:
Monday - Saturday 12:00 am to clean desk
Monday - Saturday 4:00 am to clean desk
Monday - Saturday 6:00 am to clean desk
Clean Desk up to 12 hours max per day, OT required as needed based on volume received
Pay: $16.00/hour during training; once training is completed you will go to ABC pay, which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Document Processing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and sorting all mail and place into appropriate batch class. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sorts, imaging, documents, files, and archives by form type
  • Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
  • Identify documents and their purpose
  • Classifies documents based on contract requirements
  • Captures information based on the clients' requirements
  • Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Required to lift up to 50lbs + bags of mail
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with team
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $28,000 - $35,000.
