Mailroom Processing Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time Onsite
Pay Rate: $ 17.00 per hour and full benefits, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday- 7:30 am start time till work is done

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mailroom Processing Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our daily operations by handling mail processing tasks, maintaining workspace organization, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided, and all employees receive a comprehensive benefits package starting on Day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform data entry tasks and navigate computer systems as required
  2. Scan documents and complete Quality Control
  3. Process, sort, and handle incoming/outgoing mail
  4. Maintain compliance with the required clean desk policy, at all times.
  5. Operate standard office and mailroom equipment
  6. Accurately complete repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
  7. Lift and carry mail trays or boxes weighing up to 10-20 lbs. as needed
  8. Maintain productivity and performance goals
  9. Support general office and production tasks assigned

Requirements:
  • IMPORTANT: Must be comfortable adhering to a strict clean desk policy
  • Must be able to clear required criminal background check and drug screening
  • Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Basic computer literacy (opening files, navigating desktop environments, typing/data entry)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Comfortable working in an office or production/mailroom environment
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.00.
