Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Position Summary:
The Office Associate will provide administrative and clerical support to the Public Works Sanitation Division. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office and administrative duties.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Enter, update, and verify data in department databases and systems.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support department staff with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of department records and information.
