Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy keeping things moving behind the scenes, this role is for you. As a Mailroom Associate, you'll support daily mail, shipping, document services, and workplace operations that help employees stay productive and connected.

From receiving critical deliveries to supporting office services, you'll play an important role in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.

What You'll DoMail & Shipping Operations
  • Receive, track, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Process outgoing mail and shipments
  • Maintain shipment tracking and chain-of-custody records
  • Respond to mail and package inquiries
Document & Office Support
  • Perform scanning, imaging, and basic copy/print services
  • Operate and maintain multifunction devices (MFDs), including replenishing paper and toner
  • Maintain an organized business service center
Workplace Support
  • Assist with meeting room setups and office moves
  • Provide light facility support as needed
  • Support additional operational tasks and cross-functional coverage
Customer Service
  • Deliver professional service in all interactions
  • Build positive relationships with employees and internal teams
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
