Office Support Clerk / Max Bill Rate: #####-27.80 / Mark Up :39% Are you a person who enjoys a performing variety of administrative and support functions throughout the day? Do you have experience with mailroom tasks such as document management and/or incoming and outgoing mail and packages? If so, please keep reading! We are recruiting an Office Support Clerk for our client, a large financial services company. This is an on-site position at our client's office in Atlanta, GA. If you are selected for the position, since this is an on-site position, it is required that you provide proof of your COVID vaccination as part of the onboarding process. Responsibilities Coordinate, integrate, and administer a range of diverse administrative or staff functions. Areas of responsibility include delivering administrative and related support services to the organization; providing office mailroom support, handling incoming and outgoing mail, processing incoming and outgoing UPS and Federal Express shipments, and preparing routine reports; document management to include administering the onsite records retention area (Excel skills required). On average the site receives 8-10 tubs and 2-3 trays of mail each week. Additionally, there are approximately 75-80 courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) packages received weekly. Skills mailroom (2 years of experience is required) Excel (2 years of experience is required) incoming and outgoing mail (2 years of experience is required) support services (2 years of experience is required) Education Associates Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level:Entry Level Shift: First Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
