We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! The legal assistant provides administrative and clerical support. The position involves:

  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports;
  • Manage and organize case files, documents, and records (physical and electronic);
  • Coordinate attorney calendar and schedule meetings and hearings;
  • Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and vendors;
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and time entry as required.
