  • Partner with Organizational Development and Operations leaders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that support employee performance and business objectives.
  • Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees and leaders.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve learning content, resources, and programs using adult learning principles.
  • Create and manage digital learning resources, including eLearning modules, videos, performance support tools, and SharePoint learning sites.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, feedback, and business performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leaders to build learning plans and development strategies that support employee growth and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate multiple learning projects simultaneously while managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support onboarding initiatives by providing learning resources, tools, and guidance that help new hires succeed.
  • Leverage AI and emerging learning technologies to improve learner engagement, knowledge sharing, administrative efficiency, and learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate leadership and employee development programs that strengthen organizational effectiveness and succession readiness.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective learning and development solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the employee learning experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000.Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based compensation programs where applicable.
