Description:

The Dental Lab Account Manager is responsible for building BonaDent’s brand while delivery high-quality products to our dental customers and their patients. The Dental Lab Account Manager is responsible for working closely with dentists and an internal dental technical team to ensure overall customer satisfaction. This position will be the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of accounts with the responsibility of retaining and growing sales.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Communicate effectively with assigned dental accounts to maintain and build relationships
  • Field technical questions from assigned accounts and from team members within the laboratory
  • Increase existing customer sales
  • Retain and cultivate new dental customers
  • Collect product and service feedback from customers and relay information to leadership to enhance product offerings
  • Utilize CRM software to document communication with assigned accounts
  • Work closely with a team of dental technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and to address and resolve any concerns, focus points, change in preferences and other information pertinent to the successful retention of accounts
    • Pre-case review with dental technicians to ensure proper attention is given to cases before they start.
    • Track dental restoration cases as they travel through production and ensure completion to BonaDent Dental Laboratories Standards.
    • Ensure proper QC procedures are followed on assigned accounts.
  • Provide support to Fixed Teams as needed through quality control, work distribution, and case tracking.
    • Quality control final dental restorations for 90 minutes a day to ensure that all Rx’s and preferences are followed and that fabrication has been completed to BonaDent Standards using BonaDent’s QC checkpoints
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as required


Requirements:
  • Associate degree in business management or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical contact related position.
  • 3+ years account management experience. (Experience communicating with dental or medical professionals a plus).
  • Strong focus on building relationships, ability to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables (cases).
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
  • Ability to conduct self in a professional manner at all times
  • Effective research and analytic skills with the ability to draw conclusions and provide solid recommendations.
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Works methodically and is highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Fosters teamwork, communication and collaboration
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
