Job Description:

Seeking an experiencedย Kronos / UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Senior Business Analyst Leadย to support the upgrade fromย Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)ย toย UKG Pro WFM.
This role involves consolidating multiple WFC instances into one UKG Pro environment, integrating withย PeopleSoft HRMS, and leading testing, data migration, and configuration validation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation for the UKG Pro WFM upgrade.
  • Manage system integration withย PeopleSoft HRMSย usingย Kronos Boomi middleware.
  • Develop and execute test scripts ensuring full coverage of functional and payroll scenarios.
  • Validate configuration ofย Timekeeper, pay rules, CBA, and payrollย processes.
  • Oversee data extraction, cleansing, and migration from WFC to UKG Pro WFM.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts; ensure project deliverables align with objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, system integrators, and PMO for on-time, quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ yearsโ€™ experience withย Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)ย andย UKG Pro WFMย implementation and configuration.
  • Strongย PeopleSoft HRMSย knowledge includingย SQR, testing, and integration support.
  • Proven experience withย Boomi integrations, data migration, and validation.
  • Hands-on experience with test script design, QA/UAT execution, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • End-to-end project lifecycle experience (requirements โ†’ testing โ†’ delivery).
