We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for the ATLAS program-our large-scale initiative modernizing workforce management for 55,000+ employees across the US and Canada. Candidate will act as both a System Administrator and a Data Engineer, responsible for technical configuration of the timekeeping platform and ensuring data integrity across integrations with Payroll, HR, and Finance systems. While we utilizes WorkForce Software (WFS), we are looking for a highly technical resource with strong enterprise WFM and integration experience who can design complex labor rules and manage large-scale data pipelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem configuration for Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules Design and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP) Translate union contracts, labor laws, and work rules into system logic Manage platform governance, security roles, upgrades, and environment stability Build SQL-based reports and perform advanced data analysis
Primary Skills RequiredEnterprise WFM configuration experience (WFS preferred, UKG/Kronos, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors) Advanced SQL and ETL development experience API / data integration experience (REST, SOAP, XML, flat files) Strong technical/business requirements translation skills Agile / Jira experience
