Role: Kronos/UKG Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
 
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG / Kronos Workforce Management modules:
  • Time & Attendance
  • Scheduling
  • Accruals & Leave Management
  • Workforce Analytics
  • Absence Management
  • Conduct business process analysis and gather functional requirements.
  • Configure UKG systems to meet business needs, including:
  • Pay rules, work rules, accrual policies
  • Scheduling rules and labor categories
  • Holiday calendars and shift patterns
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Functional Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Management
  • Expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Pay Rules
  • Solid understanding of Payroll concepts and labor compliance
  • Experience working in multi-country or multi-state environments (preferred)
 
Technical & Tools
  • Familiarity with UKG platforms such as:
  • UKG Pro WFM
  • UKG Dimensions
  • Kronos Workforce Central
  • Experience with UKG reporting and analytics.
