Do you have experience working in food manufacturing and sanitation? A growing food production company in Woodinville, WA is looking for a reliable Production Associate to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-hire basis!

This company has been crafting premium sauces, dressings, and marinades for an internationally recognized brand since 1995. Founded by a professional chef, they are known for their precision, quality, and passion for great food. You will work in a clean, newly updated facility alongside a friendly and supportive team that takes pride in what they produce.

Production Associate Duties:
• Operate packaging and filling equipment and assist with production line tasks
• Label and inspect products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards
• Perform sanitation duties after the filling process following food safety procedures
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with GMP standards
• Communicate clearly with your team and flag any concerns or quality issues

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Primarily afternoon shift — morning shifts may be required depending on the production schedule
Flexible availability between morning and afternoon shifts is required

Pay:
$21.00 per hour

Production Associate Requirements:
• Prior experience working in sanitation at a food manufacturing facility
• Comfortable working in a food production environment and following GMP and food safety standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
