Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Kronos WFM Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for various Kronos WFM products. The role involves implementing, upgrading, and maintaining the Kronos WFM applications while ensuring effective communication of technical information to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent work experience
• 3+ year's of IT experience implementing different Kronos WFM products (REQUIRED)
• 3+ year's of experience implementing Oracle Exadata Cloud Service / at Customer (REQUIRED)
• 2+ year's of experience using enterprise software development; Experience with Java (REQUIRED)
• Solid understanding about Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c
• Java software design and/or development
• 3+ of experience on Jboss/Oracle Weblogic server (REQUIRED)
• Functional and technical knowledge of Kronos WFM upgrades
• Hands-on experience in planning, testing, and executing upgrades and patches
• Communication skills - Must be able to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences
• Good interpersonal skills - including the use of written, electronic, and oral communication
• Sound problem-solving, reasoning, analytical, aptitude, attention to detail skills
• Time-management skills, self-motivated and directed
• Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
