Floor Manager (Line Production)

The Floor Assembly Manager in the manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in overseeing the production environment. This position is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and quality of the production process, managing team performance, and adhering to safety standards. A Floor Manager must have the ability to lead by example, keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are integral to maintaining seamless operations and meeting production targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities

Duties:
Assist with production schedules to meet deadlines.
Direct daily operations to ensure high productivity.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Identify inefficiencies, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and promote LEAN principles
Allocate resources and materials efficiently, including managing inventory and raw materials.
