Job description

Floor Supervisor – 1st Shift | Toledo, OH

PPS is seeking an experienced 1st Shift Floor Supervisor for a growing industrial operation in Toledo. This hands-on leadership role will oversee approximately 25–35 employees while driving daily production, safety, quality, attendance, and overall floor performance.

We're looking for a strong, visible leader who knows how to keep a team organized, productive, and accountable. Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, industrial production, warehouse, or a similar fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
