How You'll Make an Impactย 

As a Global Senior Finance Manager - Engineered Polymers, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving strategic financial leadership and enabling business growth across our Engineered Polymers portfolio. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:ย 

  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Vice President of Engineered Polymers and Business Director for Medical Polymers, shaping long-term business strategy.ย 

  • Own and manage the full profit and loss (P&L) for the Engineered Polymers business unit, ensuring strong financial performance.ย 

  • Own and manage the full P&L for the Medical Polymers business within the portfolio.ย 

  • Deliver clear and actionable financial insights through analysis of business performance and key variances.ย 

  • Lead global forecasting efforts by integrating inputs from operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.ย 

  • Drive strategic planning by aligning financial goals with broader business objectives.ย 

  • Optimize working capital and support decisions that enhance free cash flow.ย 

  • Support business development, including capital investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships.ย 

  • Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.ย 

  • Lead and develop a global finance team while fostering cross-functional collaboration.ย 

  • Oversee annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.ย 

  • Serve as a key liaison with corporate finance teams to ensure reporting, compliance, and executive-level alignment.ย 

  • Lead special projects that drive transformation, operational efficiency, and growth.ย 

  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% to support global operations and engagement.ย 

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Successย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.ย 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial and analytical roles with full P&L ownership.ย 

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.ย 

  • Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.ย 

  • Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.ย 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.ย 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.ย 

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-driven approach.ย 

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.ย 

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forwardย 

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.ย 

  • Experience with SAP or QAD systems.ย 

  • Background in acquisitions including strategic planning, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration.ย
