  • Manage a team of system administrators, support analysts and external service partners to provide guidance and support on all financial applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, JD Edwards World, Microsoft NAV, Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management applications, Ariba procure-to-pay and Kronos time and attendance applications. 
  • Maintain and enhance client support processes and procedures for financial systems
  • Manage incoming demand across financial systems, while ensuring the monitoring of quality service to ensure timely resolution.
Additional Information
  • 8+      years of finance/accounting and systems related experience
  • Bachelor's      Degree
  • Less      than 10 years of related experience in a Fortune Organization
  • Experience      with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, JD Edwards World and/or Microsoft NAV strongly      preferred
