Superintendent for all aspects of high-end residential construction, who possesses knowledge in all trades including, but not limited to, code compliance, interior and exterior layout, structural and interior framing, concrete placement, trusses, roof assembly and waterproofing. Additionally, the applicant must have documented experience and advanced knowledge of major trades, to oversee the coordination and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and low voltage trades. Knowledgeable with on-site supervision of a wide range of complex interior finishes, including intricate millwork and stone finishes, all carpentry disciplines, elaborate with all trades in the field.ย

ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย If OSHA regulations and provide certification level of OSHA compliance achieved
