Traveling Superintendent (Nationwide) - Remote, Must Reside in Florida
Base Salary: $95,000 | Total Compensation up to $120,000 | All Travel Expenses Paid
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the United States. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Florida and be willing to travel nationwide as needed to support active job sites.
The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining quality control from project start through completion. This role requires strong leadership in the field, the ability to problem-solve in real time, and effective communication with project managers, clients, and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities across multiple nationwide projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and daily field operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve field issues
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction
  • Maintain project timelines, documentation, and reporting using construction management software
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary of $95,000 with total compensation up to $120,000
  • All travel expenses fully covered (lodging, transportation, per diem)
