Live-In Superintendent (100+ Unit Apartment Community)

We are seeking an experienced Live-In Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a well-maintained 100+ unit residential apartment community. This is a hands-on position for a dependable, organized professional who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive property. The position includes a spacious two-bedroom apartment as part of the compensation package, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to live on-site while managing a quality residential community.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers
  • Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
  • Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors as needed
  • Conduct routine inspections of the property and building systems
  • Maintain common areas, mechanical rooms, and grounds
  • Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs
  • Assist with emergency situations and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
  • Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and in excellent condition

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Superintendent, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing
