Live In Superintendent wanted for large Apartments in Garden City.

Handle day to day of 200 units.

Communicate with Boards On goings

Tend to HVAC and Plumbing concerns

Facilitate Special Garbage Requests


Must have experience with large COOP buildings

Good Communication skills
