  • Perform quality control inspections and resolve field issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and local officials.
  • For senior-level candidates, provide broader field leadership, mentor junior team members, and take ownership of larger or more complex projects.

Superintendent Requirements:

  • Experience may range from a developing Superintendent ready for the next step to a Senior Superintendent with deep multifamily project leadership experience.
  • 4+ years' experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on multifamily construction projects is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and job site safety.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Company Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401K with matching
  • Generous PTO and holidays
  • Training and development opportunities

Compensation: $120K-$180K DOE + bonus
