Job Title: Hotel Construction Superintendent
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of hotel projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders on timelines, budgets, and any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure that all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and completed in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a construction superintendent, preferably in hotel or commercial construction.
