We're looking for an experienced Commercial Metal Framing Superintendent to join our growing team and help lead some of the most exciting commercial construction projects in Texas.

One of your first assignments will be a $1 Billion Convention Center Project, giving you the opportunity to play a key leadership role on a project that will become a landmark for generations to come.

What You'll Be Doing

âś… Lead and coordinate field operations for commercial metal stud framing projects

âś… Manage and mentor Foremen and field crews

âś… Oversee layout, sequencing, manpower planning, and production schedules

âś… Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards

âś… Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and ownership teams

âś… Solve problems before they become delays

âś… Help build a culture where people want to come to work and succeed

What We're Looking For

âś” Proven experience as a Commercial Metal Framing Superintendent

âś” Strong knowledge of light-gauge and structural/heavy-gauge metal framing systems

âś” Ability to perform and verify field layout

âś” Experience leading large field teams of 60+ employees

âś” Previous Foreman or General Foreman leadership experience

âś” Strong communication and organizational skills

âś” Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

âś” Safety-minded leader who leads by example

Why This Opportunity?

• High-profile, career-defining projects

• Long-term pipeline of commercial work

• Opportunity to help shape and grow field operations

• Strong company culture built around teamwork and accountability

• Competitive compensation package

• Work that you'll be proud to drive past years from now and say, "I built that."

If you're ready to lead major projects, develop great teams, and build something that matters, we'd like to talk with you.
