Rally Construction Group is looking for a General Superintendent to oversee residential framing operations throughout Northeast and Central Florida. This individual will lead field teams, maintain production schedules, and ensure every project meets Rally's quality expectations.

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage framing superintendents and field crews  
  • Coordinate framing schedules with builders and Project Managers  
  • Ensure framing is completed according to plans and building codes  
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout each phase  
  • Resolve field issues quickly and effectively  
  • Monitor labor productivity and project progress  
  • Maintain safe jobsites  
  • Coach and develop field leadership 

What You Need 

  • 5+ years of residential framing experience  
  • Leadership experience managing multiple crews  
  • Strong understanding of structural framing  
  • Knowledge of residential building codes  
  • Excellent scheduling and communication skills  
  • Ability to read and layout work from plans 
  • Valid driver's license
