Title: Construction Superintendent - Luxury Residential (Miami)
Ground up luxury residential spec homes up to $5M, build 1 to 4 projects at a time.
Report to Project Manager, work alongside Area Superintendent.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Daily field operations, subcontractors, schedule, quality, safety, client level finish.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Fluent Spanish speaking
  • Luxury residential ground up experience
  • Strong scheduling ability
  • Ability to drive subs and deliver without being managed
