Position Description
FCI Construction structures all roles as having CORE FUNCTIONS that each have SUPPORT FUNCTIONS . Our job postings and reviews will evaluate candidates (and employees) according to these functions.
COLLABORATION: How well can you work as a team? This includes collaborating with labor, management, design team, and owners. It takes a team effort to meet our objectives and how you collaborate will impact how successful we are.
DOCUMENTATION : How well do you keep up on completing the required documentation to assure the project is completed and limits the risk to the project success. This includes daily field reports, safety reporting, email documentation, updating field conditions, and short term schedules.
PROACTIVE ENGAGEMENT: When the waters are calm, how well do you seek out opportunities to plan ahead, identify and prevent future bottlenecks, and actively try to build your skills to grow within your role.
OWNERSHIP: FCI aims to practice extreme ownership of our work. Take accountability for your role both the success and learn from them. Deflecting responsibility does not move towards success.
