Junior Project Coordinator

Wilmington, DE

Hybrid Work Model (3 days/week In Office, 2 days/week Remote)

Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm ET

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks to help ensure domain-related projects are cost-effective, secure, compliant, and accurate. This entry-level role requires a proactive mindset, along with strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage large volumes of data. If you are a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong internet acumen and an interest in innovative technology and global internet branding, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

 What you'll do for us:

  • Conduct research and validate information with global vendors

  • Process data updates accurately and within established timelines
  • Develop, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, and task lists

  • Participate in project status meetings and distribute meeting notes to stakeholders

  • Support multiple concurrent internal projects of varying size and complexity

  • Determine task sequencing and resource requirements to achieve project goals, prioritizing key actions effectively 

  • Assess potential impacts and risks associated with decisions and proposed actions

  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders 

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment across teams

  • Monitor workload priorities and adapt to shifting business needs

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including coordination with remote teams

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong capabilities in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP; familiarity with tools like ASAP Utilities is a plus)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders 

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions 

  • Effective planning and organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deliverables

  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work 

  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and team needs 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Experience tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects 

  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, with a focus on proactive resolution
