Reports To: Idealease Manager / General Manager


Overview

The Idealease Account Representative is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships related to full-service leasing, short-term rentals, and fleet solutions. This role serves as a primary point of contact for Idealease customers, ensuring contract performance, vehicle uptime, and long-term account satisfaction.

By combining strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and coordination with service and operations teams, the Idealease Account Representative supports fleet efficiency, customer retention, and dealership profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Idealease customer accounts, serving as the primary contact for leasing, rental, and fleet service needs.

  • Develop and grow new and existing accounts by identifying opportunities for additional lease units, rental solutions, and contract renewals.

  • Coordinate with service, parts, and operations teams to ensure vehicle uptime, preventative maintenance compliance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Support customers throughout the lease lifecycle including onboarding, contract execution, vehicle delivery, and ongoing account management.

  • Monitor contract performance, utilization, and service metrics to proactively address issues and improve customer outcomes.

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and lease renewals in alignment with Idealease and OEM guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and activity tracking within CRM and leasing systems.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalations in a timely, professional manner.

  • Stay current on Idealease programs, pricing structures, and fleet solutions to provide informed recommendations.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to support revenue growth, retention, and overall leasing strategy.


General Knowledge and Skills You Will Need
  • Strong customer relationship and account management skills within a B2B or fleet environment.

  • Understanding of full-service leasing, rental operations, or commercial vehicle solutions preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Financial and commercial awareness with the ability to understand contracts, pricing, and margins.

Desired Education and Experience
