About the Role:

The Warehouse Wholesale Assistant helps with everyday warehouse tasks to keep orders moving smoothly. This role includes pulling and packing orders, checking in shipments, organizing inventory, and helping keep the warehouse clean and organized. The position works with the team to make sure wholesale customers receive the correct products on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving a delivery van when required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Prior warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in wholesale or distribution environments.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse, shipping, and delivery processes.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive and check in incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and work areas
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Serve as a backup driver to deliver orders using a company van when needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
