Job description

Position: Wholesale Manager
Department: Centralized Wholesale Operations
Position Summary
AutoSavvy is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven Wholesale Analyst to support and help manage all wholesale operations across the company. This role will play a critical part in maximizing profitability, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting communication between the centralized wholesale team and store locations.
The Wholesale Analyst will oversee vehicle activity across online and physical wholesale platforms, manage listing accuracy, ensure proper deal booking within CDK, coordinate transportation logistics, assist with title processing, and maintain strong communication with store leadership teams. This position requires strong analytical skills, urgency, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced automotive environment.

  • Woods Cross, UT
  • Monday through Friday only
  • Full-Time employment

Duties & Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties:
Wholesale Operations Management:
  • Assist in managing all wholesale activity across the AutoSavvy group
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle activity on both online and physical wholesale platforms
  • Ensure all eligible vehicles are accurately listed and actively marketed
  • Review wholesale inventory daily to identify opportunities for improved performance and profitability
  • Support execution of wholesale strategies that align with company objectives

Vehicle Listing Accuracy:
  • Verify that all vehicle information, pricing, descriptions, and statuses are accurate across all wholesale platforms
  • Ensure vehicles are properly represented with correct photos, disclosures, and condition details
  • Audit listings regularly to prevent missing, duplicate, or incorrect inventory postings
  • Coordinate with stores to resolve any discrepancies quickly and accurately

CDK Deal & Accounting Accuracy:
  • Ensure all wholesale transactions are booked correctly within CDK
  • Review deal structures, buyer information, gross profit, and accounting details for accuracy
  • Work closely with accounting and store teams to correct errors and maintain compliance
  • Track completed deals and confirm all required documentation is finalized
  • Manage and monitor Wholesale CIT (Contracts in Transit) to ensure timely funding and completion of transactions
  • Follow up on outstanding wholesale deals and resolve any delays affecting funding or processing

Transportation & Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate shipping and transportation for wholesale vehicle movement
  • Work with transportation vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of vehicles
  • Monitor transportation timelines and resolve delays or issues proactively
  • Maintain communication with stores regarding shipment status and scheduling updates

Title Processing & Compliance:
  • Work closely with the title department to ensure all wholesale vehicle titles are processed accurately and delivered to the appropriate locations
  • Track title status for all wholesale transactions and follow up on missing or delayed documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all title and transaction requirements related to wholesale vehicle sales
  • Assist in resolving title discrepancies and communication between stores, buyers, and the title department

Store Communication & Support:
  • Serve as a key communication link between the centralized wholesale department and store locations
  • Provide regular updates to stores regarding vehicle status, pricing, bids, transportation, titles, and completed sales
  • Collaborate with store leadership to identify opportunities to maximize wholesale profitability
  • Assist stores with questions related to wholesale processes, platform usage, and transaction updates

Reporting & Analysis:
  • Analyze wholesale performance trends and provide operational insights
  • Track metrics related to profitability, inventory aging, transportation costs, and platform performance
  • Assist leadership with reporting and operational improvement initiatives
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase performance across the group

Qualifications:
  • Automotive dealership or wholesale experience preferred
  • Experience with CDK or dealership management systems strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of wholesale platforms, title processing, and vehicle remarketing processes preferred
