ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Wholesale Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall '26 Semester. This role will be based out of the NYC HQ offices, and is unpaid and for college credit only.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Wholesale team with day-to-day account management and administrative responsibilities across domestic and international partners.
  • Assist in preparing seasonal selling tools, line sheets, order forms, and presentation materials for market appointments.
  • Help maintain accurate order tracking, account information, and wholesale reports to support business operations.
  • Coordinate sample organization, showroom merchandising, and product setup for buyer meetings and market appointments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service, to help ensure timely order execution and delivery.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to support wholesale strategy, account planning, and business development initiatives.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for luxury retail, wholesale, and operational excellence
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

 

Education/Experience:

  • Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
  • Prior internship or work experience in wholesale or customer-centric industry. Luxury experience is preferred.
