Responsibilities
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Wholesale Associate role is responsible for a combination of both operational and sales tasks, working with the B2B channel within the BONOBOS brand. They will work hand in hand with the Wholesale Director on Pure Play and Dept. Store Partners and be client facing for order processing and e-commerce assets. They will work with the Wholesale Director and planning team on inventory P & L's and coordinating future buys with production. The Wholesale Associate will own account specific merchandising and inventory exercises in NuOrder.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sample management for partner style out and editorial requests
  • Sample tracking input into retailer portals
  • Manage the life cycle of wholesale samples - placing orders seasonally, coordinating requests for major accounts, and preparing for internal meetings
  • Assist the sales team as needed in seasonal market week needs including but not limited to: showroom set up, custom assortment decks, hosting clients
  • Travel as needed for quarterly seasonal launches (4 sportswear and 2 tailored)
  • Tradeshow coordination and project management, twice a year
  • NuOrder account specific seasonal line sheet creation and maintenance
  • Retailer SSC and Item Quality Checks approvals for order confirmation processing
  • Cross function with the OH photography studio team on e-tail e-commerce photography submission and tracking
  • E-tail user experience exercises on the half, to make sure styles ladder up to appropriate parent SKU's
  • ATS creation as needed in both google and NuOrder line sheets
  • Substitution exercises for delayed or canceled SKU's from retailer purchase order confirmations
  • Retailer new item creation templates

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of B2B corporate wholesale experience (Apparel not required. Can be like minded categories)
  • NuOrder experience not required but preferred
  • Must be able to speak to current operations and/or retailer systems use
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A college degree is preferred
  • Ability to travel a couple times a year

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
Pay Range
$70,200 - $99,700
