Warehouse Associate | Wholesale

Description Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and related inventory
  • Coordinate closely with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery (P&D), and service departments
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
  • Assign tasks to team members as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and organization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Promote teamwork and maintain clear communication with coworkers
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
Skills, Education & Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and work with a team
  • Tire or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without assistance
  • Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed)
