Job description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Wholesale Team Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale customer orders accurately.
  • Process and issue customer invoices.
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment.
  • Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work area.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the wholesale team.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure orders are completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with invoicing or inventory systems is an asset.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes as needed.
