Job description

We’re a U.S.-based fashion and lifestyle brand experiencing explosive international growth. As we expand across Canada, EMEA and beyond, we’re seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven leader to build and scale our international ecommerce business. They will help drive the international P&L across markets, shaping and executing the global strategy for site experience, merchandising, operations, and local marketing to deliver growth and profitability outside North America.

Hiring a hands‑on global operator and brand‑builder — equally fluent in analytics and aesthetics who can both think strategically and implement initiatives. You thrive in high‑growth, high‑collaboration environments, bringing the operational rigor and local insight to make a U.S. success story resonate around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead international ecommerce strategy, P&L, and day‑to‑day operations outside of North America, defining market‑entry roadmaps for key markets.
  • Partner with digital, planning and creative teams to localize the site experience through merchandising, pricing, and content to drive growth in each region. Drive markdown/ promotional strategy and execution in concert with our buying/ planning and wholesale partners.
  • Partner with brand, digital and owned marketing teams (incl. SEO/ SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate) to brief in and deliver campaigns, influencer activations, and paid media catered to regional insights and key calendar moments.
  • Understand current technological opportunities and constraints, working to bridge the gap between today’s reality with the vision for the future through roadmap planning and testing lead by digital product and experience team.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and tech to ensure seamless fulfillment, payments, and compliance for each market and work with our planning teams to optimize cross‑border customer experience - balancing speed and cost with brand goals and inventory profitability.
  • Analyze performance, customer and product data to identify growth opportunities and guide decision‑making.
  • Serve as the key link between HQ and international teams, ensuring alignment on brand storytelling, assortment, and seasonal priorities.
Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years in ecommerce, with proven success scaling international business for a U.S.-based DTC or luxury/lifestyle brand.
  • Deep understanding of international markets, including localization, cross‑border operations, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals and plans into operational reality, balancing vision setting with day‑to‑day execution.
  • Strong grasp of ecommerce metrics, conversion optimization, and digital marketing performance.
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders, and leading cross‑functional, matrixed teams.
  • Experience with Shopify and/or Global E a plus.

The base salary range for this role is between $150,000 to $170,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. The base salary is just one component of our total compensation offerings, which consist of a comprehensive benefits package as well as a short‑term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
