Job description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This will involve creative ideation, sourcing and product development, order entry, customer reporting, and resolving customer service issues, all with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and growing our accounts. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

The ideal candidate for the Greco Promotions Account Manager position will have:

  • At least 2 years of sales account management or business development experience, preferably within the promotional products industry

  • A proven track record of increasing sales and business opportunities through client development

  • Creativity and experience in merchandise, as well as excellent customer service and client relationship building skills

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, creativity, and the ability to multitask.
