Position Summary
The Promotional Products Coordinator serves as a vital resource for our sales team by researching promotional products, developing innovative recommendations, coordinating project details, and managing vendor communications. This role requires a combination of creativity, organization, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Promotional Product Research & Sourcing
  • Research promotional products based on client goals, event themes, branding initiatives, and budgets.
  • Develop creative product recommendations that deliver unique and impactful solutions.
  • Utilize ASI, ESP, and supplier networks to source products and identify innovative options.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new product releases, and supplier offerings.
Project Coordination
  • Prepare promotional product presentations and research proposals for the sales team.
  • Coordinate product sample requests and orders.
  • Monitor sample shipments, returns, and associated expenses.
  • Track project timelines and provide regular status updates.
  • Maintain accurate research logs, project documentation, and supplier records.
Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain product information, pricing, lead times, and availability.
  • Build and maintain positive vendor relationships to support client needs.
Sales & Marketing Support
  • Assist with promotional product website tools and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage promotional product catalogs, displays, and sample inventory.
  • Support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
