Our client is seeking an energetic and results-driven Key Account Manager

This role is responsible for driving wholesale business growth by building strong relationships with retail partners, identifying new market opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong passion for jewelry, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to expand market presence through effective account management and business development.

This is a high-impact position offering the opportunity to lead key account strategies, leverage market insights, and deliver measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow wholesale accounts and increase market share

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners through proactive engagement and tailored service

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm outreach, networking, and market analysis

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven B2B wholesale sales experience within the jewelry or fashion accessories industry.

  • Direct experience managing Disney as a wholesale/key retail account.

  • Experience working with:

  • Strong account management and long-term relationship-building skills.

  • Experience negotiating wholesale agreements and driving retail growth.

Preferred

  • Experience with licensed consumer products or branded merchandise.

  • Knowledge of retail merchandising, product positioning, and promotional strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends

Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Commission: Uncapped earning potential
