Job description

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to support attorneys in the management of litigation matters from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting detailed summaries of medical records, billing records, and case materials
  • Managing intake records and organizing case files
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and indexing medical and litigation records
  • Preparing and handling court filings and related documentation
  • Assisting attorneys with case preparation and ongoing case management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic injuries and related medical records is required
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
  • Proficiency with litigation workflows and document management systems
