Litigation Paralegal  - Construction Defect (Plaintiff HOA)  ($85-95K)
East Bay Law Firm, located in Alameda, of 5 Attorneys, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with heavy discovery and document production experience.  This position is in Construction Defect working on complex cases. We represent the Plaintiffs – HOA.
You do not need Paralegal certification for this position, but you do need Paralegal Experience in heavy document production and records review experience and experience working in Construction Defect law. 
Duties will include:

·         Drafting and editing correspondence and pleadings
·         Monitoring calendar deadlines
·         Working closely with the Attorneys and clients
·         E-filing
·         Heavy document review
·         Heavy discovery including Interrogatories and Production of documents
·         Preparation for Depositions, Mediations, Arbitrations and Trials
The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of experience working in Construction Defect, be analytical and able to understand the documents you are producing and reviewing.
·         Experience in Construction Defect is required!
