Job Description
Assistant Manager

Janitorial Experience Required

(transportation and flexibility needed driving to multiple locations)
The custodial responsibilities include: directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team; coaching and training; ensuring efficiency and consistency; assisting in cleaning duties.

Duties of the position include:
  • Planning and preparing team work schedules
  • Implementing 4M standards
  • Resolving client issues
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Promoting and maintain a safe work environment
