Job description

Western Dakota Insurors, Inc. (WDI) is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who is interested in beginning or growing a career in Commercial Lines insurance. If you enjoy helping others, are organized, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Commercial Lines Account Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our Commercial Lines team. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, responding to client and carrier requests, maintaining accurate account information, assisting with billing, preparing certificates of insurance, and learning insurance rating systems and agency procedures.

We cover the cost of obtaining your Property & Casualty license as well as approved continuing education.
