A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you're a business partner to your assigned customers, always looking for ways to provide outstanding service to grow their business-and ours. You own the day-to-day relationship with your assigned customers, so you listen, ask questions, and uncover the pain points that lead to more sales. You identify, qualify, and close prospects that fit FSG's ideal customer profile. You solve problems, provide relevant information, quote projects, and introduce new products. And you provide world-class customer service, ensuring every order is entered, picked, loaded, and delivered quickly and accurately.


Successful Inside Sales Representative Candidate, You Have:

One to three years' experience in inside sales, sales, or customer service

A high school diploma or GED


Even Better:

Experience in the fence industry or experience as a fencing installer

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
