  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Coachable, collaborative, and driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to individual and team success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for relationship building
  • Comfortable with cold calling, in-person meetings, and event hosting
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient in Ticketmaster Archtics, Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Strong desire to grow a career in sports ticket sales and service

The Team & Experience
We believe great organizations are built by great people. That's why we foster an in-person collaborative, people-first work environment where team members feel supported, empowered, and connected. From career growth opportunities to everyday experiences around the office, we work hard to create an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
At Player 15 Group, our people-first culture is reflected in benefits and perks that may vary based on employment status and eligibility, including the following:
  • Competitive medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options
  • Paid vacation, sick time, volunteer time and company holidays
  • 401(k) plan with Player 15 Group match
  • Team member experiences throughout the year including team offsites, catered lunches, coffee stands, ice cream trucks and more
  • Team swag throughout the year plus employee discounts at our Team Shop and online store
  • Complimentary tickets to Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Valley Suns games, plus other local sporting events and concerts, as available
