Headquartered in Long Beach, California, and powered by a global team, our industry-leading SaaS platform combines communication, scheduling, and payment tools in one seamless solution that keeps dealerships and vehicle owners connected. We're looking for innovators, problem-solvers, and tech enthusiasts passionate about building solutions that people love to use. If you're ready to make an impact in an industry ripe for change, join us at myKaarma and help shape the future of automotive service.
Role Description
As a self-driven, organized Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in the Deployment department, focusing on seamless onboarding, upgrades, and ongoing configuration support for automotive dealerships. You will act as a primary liaison and consultant, working directly with clients to manage setup changes with our Scheduler and Service Cart products, and ensure quick, timely software adjustments without disrupting existing workflows. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including Customer Engagement, Engineering, and Product teams, to troubleshoot issues, enhance deployment efficiency, and constantly improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guide automotive dealership customers through the setup of myKaarma's service scheduling, digital check-in, and vehicle inspection tools, ensuring each solution is configured to support the dealership's specific business needs.
  • Lead detailed discovery sessions to understand each dealership's current workflows, operating processes, and existing technology, including any systems that myKaarma will replace.
  • Confirm that each assigned dealership has the required devices, network connectivity, and technical infrastructure in place well before implementation or onsite training begins.
  • Test and demonstrate the configured solution with the customer before training, walking through the full service experience from appointment scheduling and customer arrival through vehicle inspection and service completion.
  • Coordinate closely with the Deployment Manager and Training Team to communicate customer requirements, resolve configuration issues, and ensure each product is fully prepared for onsite or remote training.
  • Develop templates, automations, and repeatable processes that make product setup more efficient, reduce manual administrative work, and allow more time for meaningful customer consultation.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation, deployment, customer onboarding, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working in automotive, Software as a Service (SaaS), or another technology-enabled service environment.
  • Strong communication and customer consultation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements.
  • Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer implementations, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using business tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms, and related applications.
  • General understanding of software implementation processes and customer service best practices.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience working in automotive dealership service operations, such as service scheduling, customer check-in, repair orders, or vehicle inspections.
  • Experience implementing or supporting software used by automotive dealerships.
  • Familiarity with myKaarma products or similar dealership technology platforms.

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds, so we encourage you to apply if you meet some but not all of the listed qualifications.
