We are seeking an experienced Financial Consolidations Manager to support global accounting and financial reporting activities within a complex, multi-entity organization. This individual will play a key role in the global close and consolidation process, partnering with finance teams across domestic and international operations to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
Pay : $50-$63/hr.
Schedule : 1 st shift (Mon-Fri)
Type of Job : 2-month contract opportunity with potential for extension
Location : Waltham, MA (HYRBRID SCHEDULE) 2 days onsite (Tuesdays being mandatory onsite days)

Financial Consolidations Manager Daily Tasks: What you will do:
  • Lead and support monthly global financial consolidation activities across multiple entities.
  • Review financial submissions and identify or resolve consolidation and reporting discrepancies.
  • Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and related consolidation entries.
  • Support foreign currency translation and remeasurement for international operations.
  • Partner with regional finance and corporate accounting teams on reporting and close activities.
  • Assist with SEC reporting, audit requests, and financial reporting controls.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline consolidation and close processes.

Financial Consolidations Manager Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong focus on financial consolidations.
  • Experience supporting a global, multi-entity, and preferably public company environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation accounting.
  • Experience with consolidation systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Tagetik, or similar platforms.
