Senior Financial Analyst

What: Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Where: Vinings, GA.

Position Overview:
An established and growing organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, capital project management, and financial reporting. The analyst will serve as a key business partner, delivering insights and supporting strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage capital project lifecycle, budgeting, and fixed asset tracking

  • Perform forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and month-end close

  • Develop and maintain 12-month rolling forecasts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a financial advisor

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Improve financial reporting templates and systems

  • Reconcile general ledger with sub-ledgers

  • Assist in preparing presentations for executives and stakeholders

  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 4+ years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience

  • Strong Excel skills including Power Query and Power Pivot

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • MBA or CPA

  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

  • Experience with capital planning or in the auto finance/lending industry
